The last festival of the season is one that’s truly dear to my heart – Country Night Gstaad. As a country music lover, this is always a highlight on my calendar, and this year’s line-up with Little Big Town at Country Night Gstaad, was especially exciting.

I’ve been lucky enough to have been to this festival a few times now. And I can say, the line-ups are always top-notch! This year wasn’t any different. While the headliner Little Big Town was without a doubt the biggest highlight, the two other acts were pretty amazing too.

Tyler Booth: Rising Star on the Country Scene

First up was Tyler Booth, a rising star known for his deep, soulful voice and authentic storytelling. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing him at Country Live Switzerland’s party. And later on as a support act for Darius Rucker in Zurich earlier this year.

Chapel Hart: A Fresh Twist on Traditional Country

Also gracing the stage was Chapel Hart, a dynamic trio with roots in Mississippi. They shot to fame after their standout appearance on America’s Got Talent. There they showed off their soulful harmonies and original songwriting which quickly captivated the audience. Known for their unique blend of traditional country with a modern twist, they brought an infectious energy to the festival. Everyone was bopping their heads or even dancing and singing along.

Little Big Town: Country Music Superstars

The night wrapped up with Little Big Town. A Grammy Award-winning band celebrated for their rich harmonies and chart-topping hits like “Girl Crush” and “Pontoon.” I’ve had the pleasure of seeing them live in 2018 at C2C in London. That was already a highlight. But now seeing them perform in such a small and intimate setting was nothing short of spectacular. The clearly showed why they remain one of the most beloved groups in country music today. Not only us guests were impressed and maybe a bit startstruck though. Chapel Hart were the first ones to stand up front and cheer LBT on. Loved their energy while showing that they’re fans just like all of us too.

35th Anniversary Celebration and Reflection

This year, the festival celebrated its 35th anniversary with a special “halftime” show. We got to experience Swiss yodelers, adding a unique local flavor to the evening.

All in all, it was another great weekend in Gstaad with great friends, great food and great music. Thank you Country Night Gstaad!
