Another day, another concert – this time it was Weezer in Zurich performing at Halle 622. What better way to kick off a summer week than with some feel-good tunes from the legendary Weezer?
Known for their catchy alternative rock sound and iconic hits like “Buddy Holly” and “Island in the Sun,” the LA-based band brought their quirky charm and tight musicianship to Halle 622 in Zurich on Monday night.
High-Energy Support from Bad Nerves
Before Weezer hit the stage, the crowd was treated to a fiery performance by Bad Nerves. The UK punk-rock band delivered a high-energy set that got everyone’s blood pumping. I loved how the band was somehow so in sync but totally all over the place and everyone was doing their thing. But i all fit together perfectly somehow, They were the perfect appetizer for the main act. Woke everyone up 🙂

Shortly after 9 p.m., Weezer finally took the stage—and you could feel the excitement roll through the venue. The audience was wonderfully mixed, from longtime fans to younger kids right up front (which we absolutely love!). The moment the band stepped out, hands flew into the air forming “W” signs, a sea of excitement and unity. The band didn’t waste a second getting into their set.
While I didn’t get to see the whole set, I’m quite sure it was a good show. I remember seeing Weezer in Dublin on the Hella Mega Tour with Fall Out Boy and Green Day. I absolutely enjoyed their set back then (I think it was back in 2022).
Without further ado, here are the photos of Weezer!
