Passenger & Freya Ridings absolutely blew away the audience at Baloise Session. With this line-up, the Baloise Session once again proved its status as a must-attend festival. The venue, as always, was packed. Tonight’s lineup featured two stellar artists, each a storyteller in their own right.

Freya Ridings, with her breathtaking beauty and immense talent, took the stage first at Baloise Session. The audience fell under her spell, enchanted by her incredible stage presence and the soulful notes of her voice. It was so quiet in the room, you could hear a pin drop. Quite a rare and cherished occurrence that truly lets the music take center stage.

Following Freya was the equally talented and funny Passenger, the English troubadour with his signature long beard. His witty banter, especially the joke about his hit song “Let Her Go” versus the Frozen anthem, brought laughter to the crowd. But beyond the jokes, Passenger’s songs, delivered with just him and his guitar, bring out an entire range of emotions. His ability to captivate an audience without the support of a band is a testament to his raw talent.

I was actually proud of the Swiss audience (which doesn’t happen too often…) The atmosphere, as always, was electric, and the festival’s commitment to providing a top-notch experience for journalists and attendees alike stood out.
