Another year, another Luzern Live Festival! Luzern Live is back for the third time this year: from July 17 to July 26, 2025. It will be my first time at the festival, so I’m really excited to experience Lucerne in festival-mood again.

The festival grounds are open to the public, with many concerts free of charge, while the main headliner shows at the KKL do require tickets…

The lineup this year is right up my alley and screams indie, soul, and jazz. Headlining this year:

My Must-See Concert Picks

I’ll be on-site this year and am especially excited about these shows:

Ezra Collective – Monday, July 21 – bringing their high-energy jazz fusion live to the KKL Concert Hall (ticketed headliner show).

Almost Monday – free show at the Pavillon, Thursday, July 17 – perfect for kicking off the festival with some good vibes.

RY X – Friday, July 25, at the KKL. Hazlett opens the night with his dreamy indie sound.(ticketed headliner show).

Looking forward to actually beeing at this festival for the first time this year. While still missing the “Blue Balls” festival a tiny bit, I’m excited to see what Luzern Live has in store for us. 

If you’re into summer, great music, and a laid-back festival vibe, Luzern Live should definitely be on your list
